Hello!
Last week we were counting how much food ate the caterpillar every day of the week.
1 apple on Monday, 2 pears on Tuesday, 3 plums on Wednesday, 4 strawberries on Thursday, 5 oranges on Friday, a lot of food on Saturday, and a green leaf on Sunday:
And finally we coloured how many pieces of fruit ate the caterpillar every day.
Then, we fed the caterpillar.
So much food! He needed a leaf.
Great job!

In "The very hungry caterpillar", we can see how a caterpillar becomes a butterfly.
We also saw it in a National Geographic video:
The caterpillar hatchs from an egg, eats lots of leaves 🍃, and then builds a cocoon around itself. Inside the cocoon, the caterpillar becomes a butterfly!
