We love learning ENGLISH!

First of all, I have to apologise for not having posted anything before but... yes, we've been learning English and... we love it! 💖 Here's a brief summary including the main topics covered and its most representative activities and songs (which you should sing with your children 🎤🎵):

COLOURS

During the first term, apart from playing lots of different games, we have been using songs to learn the colours in English. Here you can find the main ones:

The rainbow song

I see something blue

I see something pink

What's your favourite colour?

NUMBERS

We definitely love performing and this video of us representing one of the songs used to start learning the numbers is the perfect example:

🐵🐵🐵🐵🐵

Five little monkeys

Five little ducks

  FEELINGS

Are you happy?😄 Sad?😥 Angry?😠 Sleepy?😴 Scared?😨 Now we know how to express our feelings in English! Here's a tale and a song to practice them even more:

The Ugly Duckling

If you're happy

HALLOWEEN

In October we worked on the tale Go away, big green monster!

And the following two songs related: Go away! and Go away, spooky goblin!

HALLOWEEN🎃arrived and we had lots of fun: We prepared a Halloween brew using different spooky ingredients!

We also sang and danced a song in which we represented some characters typically used as a costume when children go around asking for candy saying... 'trick or treat?!'

Knock knock, trick or treat?

AUTUMN

In order to introduce the Autumn 🍁🍂 we used the following tale and those two songs:

Let it fall

Seasons song

All the leaves are falling down

THE EXPLORER

In November we went to the theatre 🎭 to watch Noa the explorer have some adventures!

CHRISTMAS

Finally, we worked on a Christmas carol 🎄🎅 called Hello reindeer, goodbye snowman which we sang in front of many people!
